A. To what would you compare the morning? Why?




I would compare the morning to a song. Because the song has a beginning and has an ending like the day. Nothing last forever.





B. The poet says that morning is a new sheet of paper that you write on all day. Would the metaphor be more or less effective, in your opinion, if it said, " Each day is a new sheet of paper"? Give me reasons for your opinion.





No because it's saying the same thing that everyday is a fresh new beginning.

Pain is a small sapling

It begins with a small seed,

But grows stronger, taller and larger -
